 Cher Lim is certified by Wine and Spirit Education Trust, United Kingdom for its advanced knowledge and blind tasting. She is currently pursuing the Master in Wine Technology and Marketing with Monash University & University of Melbourne.
She holds a Bach. Electrical Engineering (HONS) from NUS, GDBA from SIM. She is also a holder of U.S patent in consumer product design.
Cher is a specialist in American cult wines, bringing to her customers the latest limited production wines from the world’s third largest wine consuming country. She is passionate about equipping her customers with practical knowledge in wine selection and the science behind food and wine pairing.
She is making her own wine through the Master program with Monash University & University Melbourne. Cher is a regular guest on MediaCorp Radio 95.8FM’s wine segment every Wednesday. |
